  • To be a subject matter expert in QMS, acts systematic and planned approach to evaluate, monitor, and improve the quality of the R&D process and outputs
  • Acts as Inspection management team lead  in inspection management activities, implement a Quality by Design (QbD) and continuous improvement process.
  • Development local QMS for Taiwan affiliate and assist in cross function team to define, align and follow compliance and for emerging business changes. 
  • Skill in Risk Management and Vendor Management.
  • Provided quality oversight and quality advise to local affiliate.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Good English ability.
